These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jilliby Casino platform. By registering an account or using any jilliby service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jilliby Casino ("jilliby," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilliby platform available at jilliby.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the jilliby platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the jilliby platform.
1.1 Your access to and use of jilliby is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access or use the jilliby platform.
1.2 By registering an account with jilliby, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; (c) you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and of your own free will; and (d) all information you provide to jilliby is accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilliby's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and play at jilliby. This age restriction is set in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR-aligned responsible gaming standards. jilliby strictly prohibits underage gambling.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The jilliby platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jilliby is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilliby makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or play at jilliby: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded from jilliby or any other gambling platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jilliby and its affiliated companies; (d) persons who have been barred from gambling by any competent authority.
2.4 jilliby reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) jilliby account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. jilliby uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player may be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your jilliby account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 KYC Verification. jilliby is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID. Verification is a one-time process. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliby login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilliby will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify jilliby support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilliby shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.5 Two-Factor Authentication. jilliby strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA can be activated from the Security section of your account settings after login.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilliby accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time. jilliby reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Requirements. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jilliby reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. jilliby aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes on average, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and transaction volumes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. jilliby reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal requests.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the jilliby platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilliby is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. jilliby reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address before any fee is applied.
5.1 jilliby offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to Philippine sporting events such as PBA Finals, UFC fight nights, and boxing cards featuring Filipino champions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jilliby reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated software to exploit bonus terms; or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Promotion Changes. jilliby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change.
5.5 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
6.1 All games available on the jilliby platform — including live dealer games, slots, fishing arcade games, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All jilliby slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jilliby reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. jilliby shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact jilliby support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. jilliby will investigate and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of jilliby's technical team is final in all game dispute matters.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilliby platform:
7.2 jilliby reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jilliby may permanently close the account, void all bonuses and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 All content on the jilliby platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of jilliby or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilliby platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilliby content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 jilliby's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jilliby does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.1 jilliby is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players stay in control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
10.2 If you wish to exclude yourself from the jilliby platform, you may request self-exclusion by contacting jilliby support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play.
10.3 jilliby strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.

11.1 jilliby reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) at your own request.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, jilliby reserves the right to void any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
11.3 You may close your jilliby account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilliby platform shall first be submitted to jilliby's internal dispute resolution process. You must contact jilliby support in writing, setting out the nature of your complaint and the resolution you seek. jilliby will respond within ten (10) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilliby's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.1 jilliby reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilliby will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 The revised Terms will be effective from the date posted on this page. Your continued use of the jilliby platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
